Broad stakeholder participation is urged
(July 7, 2017) WOLF LAUREL, N.C. – The Wolf Laurel Roads Maintenance and Security Homeowner’s Association (WLRMS) Board announces that the start time for the three remaining Town Hall meetings has been changed to 10:00am rather than the previous 9:00am start. The change in time was requested by a number of property owners as being more convenient for attendance. The Board hopes that this time change will result in a strong participation by all property owners.
John Beneke, WLRMS Board President, is urging participation among as many property owners as possible. According to Beneke, “We hope this change in start time will get the strongest possible participation in the remaining Town Hall meetings. We have a number of important topics that your Board wants property owners to have the opportunity to ask questions about and provide input to the Board.”
Each Town Hall meeting will be focused on a specific topic to allow comprehensive, focused discussion. Each meeting will be structured for audience participation on the dates and topics as follows:
- June 10 – Long Range Plan Discussion – Completed
- July 22 – Meet the Board Candidates
- August 12 – Roads, Infrastructure and Fire Safety
- September 9 – Covenants
Each of the Town Hall meetings will be held at the Village Pavilion and will now begin at 10:00am.
